Terms of Service / Public Offer

1. General Terms

This document constitutes a public offer (in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) of Open Agents (hereinafter "the Service") to provide access to the SaaS platform for Telegram channel management. By registering an account, the User accepts the terms of this offer in full.

2. Service Description

The Service provides AI-powered tools for managing Telegram channels, including content generation, scheduling, analytics, moderation, and comment management. Features available depend on the selected subscription plan.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through YooKassa or CloudPayments. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Prices are listed in Russian Rubles (RUB). The Service reserves the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

4. Refund Policy

Users may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been used. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results. The Service is not responsible for Telegram API changes, channel bans, or content generated by AI. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content. AI-generated content is licensed to the User upon creation. The Service retains all rights to its software, algorithms, and brand. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The Service may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, user data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
