1. Data Collection
We collect: account information (name, email, password hash), Telegram bot tokens (encrypted), channel metadata, analytics data, payment information, and usage logs. We do not collect personal messages from your channels.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, generate analytics, train AI models (anonymized aggregate data only), send service notifications, and comply with legal requirements.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation (Yandex Cloud, Moscow region) in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Bot tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Database backups are retained for 14 days.
4. Your Rights
Under FZ-152 and GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, export your data in a machine-readable format, withdraw consent for data processing, and file complaints with supervisory authorities.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used with your consent to improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel.
6. Third-Party Services
We use: Telegram Bot API (for channel management), YooKassa and CloudPayments (payment processing), OpenAI API (AI content generation). Each third party has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
